Nashville -- long recognized by and known for its lively music scene, honky-tonks, museums, full-scale replica of The Parthenon, and growing food scene, is quickly becoming the it city of the South. It's becoming more difficult to spot a native among all those who have decided to move to Nashville and make it home. Nearly 100 people move to Nashville every day. Why? For one, Nashville offers an undeniable charm. Along with that charm, comes a new and growing sense of luxury. This a beacon for many individuals and big-name companies.

No longer does one have to move to New York City or Los Angeles to enjoy the lap of luxury. As the average home sale price continues to climb in Nashville, we've complied a list of the areas with the highest priced homes in Metropolitan Davidson Country. Welcome to Nashville, the LA of the South.
